CHANGING A SERVICE:
You are booked for an allocated time. Service without bath, maximum 30 mins, service with bath maximum 70 mins.
If you change your 70 mins service to a 30 mins service by the time of arrival or 2 days prior your appointment, we can complete that service for you of course, but we will still have to charge you for the 70 mins service time you were originally booked for.
If you are booked for a 30 mins service (e.g. comb clip withOUT bath) and you change your mind as a last minute, and decided to ask comb clip with bath, unfortunately there is a high chance there will be a next customer's cat right after your appointment and Nikki will only have time to complete your original service (which was without bath).

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING & LATENESS:
If you have to cancel/ reschedule your appointment in 2 days prior your appointment, a $70 late cancellation fee applies.
Please note, Groomzy is not open on Sundays, Mondays nor on Thursdays.
If you have a Tuesday appointment, please cancel/change your appointment till 1 pm on Saturday. ​

Nikki will wave your cancellation fee in case your cat was deceased; your cat became ill, and you can send a vet certificate in 48 hours of your cancelled appointment that your cat is not suitable for a grooming session.

MATTED CAT POLICY:
We are no longer accept cats with significant matting or pelting. We do spot mat removal on small areas such as armpit, inside back legs. You will have to inform us about it, and we will put a 30 mins extra time for $50 surcharge. Please keep your cat on a regular schedule to avoid surcharge.

AGGRESSIVE CATS: If your cat has shown aggression previously during grooming or vet visits, we suggest contacting your veterinarian for calming medication before their first grooming appointment. We cannot take highly aggressive cats in our salon but are happy to assess your cat's temperament with a nail only appointment first. This appointment for assessment is a $20 fee. We reserve the right to stop a groom at any stage where we feel there is danger to us or your cat.

NOT HEALTHY CATS: If your cat is not healthy such as cat flu, bald skin, red dots on skin, diarrhoea, wound, bleeding cat, generally unwell cat. Basically, any circumstances when normally you would bring your cat to a vet, please do not book your cat for a grooming session because the groomer will not work on your cat. The groomer will cancel your appointment, and a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
