Scheduling and Changes:

We understand life can get busy! If you need to change/cancel your appointment time, please inform us at least 48 hours beforehand during working hours. This allows us to avoid applying a $70 fee or forfeiting your deposit.

Just a heads-up, rescheduling might mean waiting a couple of weeks for the next available spot.

If an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, we'll ask for pre-payment for the next one before we make you a new appointment.​

Keeping Cats Comfortable:

To help your cat feel relaxed and safe, we kindly ask that you don't stay in our working room during the grooming session. We have a waiting room where you can observe the grooming through a window.

Cats can pick up on their owners' stress, which can make grooming a bit tricky.

We promise to treat your furry friend with the same gentle care we give our own cats.

Your Cat's Health First:

If we think your cat needs a vet's attention, we'll let you know and suggest a visit before grooming.

If you've tried grooming at home and there's a skin issue, please get your vet's okay before bringing them in.

We're always happy to chat with your vet about any special handling your cat might need.

For Our More Energetic/Defensive/Shy Feline Friends:

We're trained to handle cats with a bit of extra energy or shyness!

If your cat's behavior is very challenging, we can work with your vet if calming pill is needed.​

We want to ensure your cat's comfort and safety. If you have any concerns about their ability to be groomed without sedation, please speak with your veterinarian before making an appointment to avoid a $70 fee.

The $70 fee contributes to our operational costs, including labor and energy expenses.

Before We Begin:

Booking with Groomzy signifies your agreement to our policies.

Payment:

Deposit payment is required at the time of booking. If a payment link is provided, please ensure payment is made by the indicated deadline to secure your appointment

Remaining payment is due when you pick up your cat, based on our price list or quote.

We accept cash. Debit, and credit cards are 2% surcharge.

Important Note:

We're a grooming salon, not a boarding facility, so overnight stays aren't available.

Since we schedule appointments exclusively, your punctuality for both arrival and pickup is greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate the cancellation of your appointment.

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may impact our ability to perform washing and blow-drying services. In such cases, the full service price quoted at booking will remain applicable.

We are unable to accept cats with active parasite infestations, including ticks, fleas, or worms.

To prevent appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture, please refrain from booking your cat if it exhibits signs of illness, including cat flu, ringworm, hair loss, skin injuries, or baldness.

For the safety of your cat, please refrain from booking appointments for cats that are pregnant or have given birth within the past three months. Additionally, please allow female kittens three weeks and male kittens two weeks post-desexing before scheduling a grooming appointment. We also require veterinary permission for grooming in these cases.
